I was very pleased with the waxing. The Lady was super friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Can defiantly recommend this venue

This was the worst blow dry I've ever had in my entire life. I wonder if the the australian stylist was trained as a hairdresser at all, seing how clumsy she handled the hairdryer and the brush. We spoke the same language but apparently she didn't get at all what I wanted. I wanted volume and a wavy style, it came out flat and fairly straight with a horrible fringe. The result was so appalling that I went to another hairdresser after work and had it all done again. Waste of money , waste of time.

All staff were very professional, courteous and attentive. I got sound advice on colour (which had not been well done by my previous hairdresser) and good suggestions on the cut. I was was very happy with the result and will definitely be going back.
