Booking via Wahanda was good value for money and enabled me to see the previous reviews to make an informed choice. The staff were lovely, the salon was clean and well located. I was happy with my haircut.

I had a deep tissue massage booked and normally have a wonderful service with kirsty. However I had Pavlina on this occasion and I felt that I didn't get what I had requested. The pressure of the massage was non existent and felt like I had paid for someone to rub oil on me. I did not enjoy it as it was not what I was after especially as GP had advised me to use this treatment to treat my tension. At no point during the session was I asked about the pressur or my preferenceseand had to ask if the pressure could be increased. I left feeling disappointed. Next time I will specifically request for kirsty.
Other than this occasion previous treatments at therapy have been wonderful.
Went in for a blowdry on really limited time. Just loved the end result of blow dry, however was charged an additional £10 to get half of my hair clipped up. Considering it took a couple more minutes to do this, I thought this was a bit expensive as an additional charge. Apart from this, happy with the result and found that it held really well for the 'do' I attended at night. I let them know I was in a hurry and had to leave by a certain time, I appreciate they worked to get me out of the door on time!

Had a pedicure with Kirsty. She did a fab job of getting rid of my hard skin, and a wonderful foot massage as well as nicely shaping and painting my toenails.
I always come to Therapy to have my nails done and this time was excellent as always. Thanks Kirsty for a great job!
