The salon and the pedicure were both really good. All the staff including the therapist were polite and professional. Everything was clean and all the instruments were dipped in some kind of sanitizing liquid which I think is great. I was offered drinks a couple of times & well looked after.
The only reason that I have rated it slightly lower than spot on is because the dry skin from my heels was not removed properly - I came home and saw that I still had lots of dead skin left. I know they have a callous treatment pedicure but I do expect the basic pedicure to atleast remove normal dry skin.
