The beautician was extremely nice and efficient ; I'm extremely pain sensitive but it all went well, almost no pain ! Already booked my next appointment.
Booking was easy and they called the previous day to confirm. Dermalogica Prescriptive facial was good and relaxing. The therapist even threw in a few minutes of light scalp massage when the face-pack was on- which was great addition to the facial. Although it would be good if they reduce the duration the steam is left on. Overall nice experience, planning to go back.
I had the removal of an old shellac manicure removed, this was done quickly and easily and my nails were left in good condition so I could then have them re-painted. Very happy with this.
This is a great place to use if you are a Ealing/Acton resident. My previous 2 week shellac had lasted extremely well and the service this time was top notch as well. Love my new nails and would def recommend to friends and family.
Overall a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly. The treatment was just what I was looking for. I would definitely go back again. Excellent location for travel to and from home.
