Therapist was lovely and also did my eyebrows. Really happy with both of these and would definitely recommend to others. Great location and open on Sundays so really convenient.
got a lovely scalp massage with the wash, and a great blowdry for my difficult hair. some good advice given afterwards about hair treatments which I might try. overall great service

When entering, Therapy has a great atmosphere. You feel calm in the waiting area and the staff are friendly. My therapist was great at putting me at ease, since it was my first Hollywood Wax ever!
She tried to make the waxing as pain-free as possible, and we engaged in some pleasant light conversation. However, soon after I noticed that she started double-dipping, using the same waxing stick the whole time; the big no-no when it comes to any form of waxing, let alone intimate waxing! I did confront her about this but she reassured me that it was hygienic and that the pots of wax would be replaced between clients. I remain skeptical about this and I am still worried.
So far, the results are what I expected; I just hope my experience doesn't turn into those waxing horror stories you hear!
Note to self: also enquire beforehand whether the therapist will double-dip before the appointment.

First time visiting Therapy but won't be the last. Had a deep tissue back massage followed by my first ever Brazilian wax. The massage was extremely relaxing and my back feels great for the first time in ages. The waxing was also a pleasant experience with almost no pain. I will definitely be returning.
Lovely new girl - Nathalie. Fab polish on feet that lasted well over 2 weeks. I also had ridges in my nails which she took time to buff out. Very happy with them.
