I came to Therapy for a Quartz Lift Elemis facial and was very happy with the results and the therapist. I was particularly stressed that day and she really managed to brighten up my day and really seemed to be passionate about her work as well as caring. She also recommended some retail products but was not pushy like some other staff (in different venues) can be so I bought some products anyway.

Great location, right next to Ealing Broadway tube. Alison is a great therapist. Really pleased with the waxing and with the hot wax it was practically pain free. Would def recommend. Ask for Alison.

This is my second time back at therapy hair and beauty for another elemis facial..I loved it the first time and knew that I would come back again! Heena just knows how to make the facial feel relaxing and comfortable, she is just so amazing!. I will be returning again for my next facial! =)

I had a fantastic experience walking into Therapy and Beauty. I was greeted instantly by friendly smiling faces & offered a drink. I then was greeted by a very lovely hairdresser who gave me great advice on my colour proving great results in the end. Overall the staff were very attentive, friendly and it was great value for money. I will be returning!

Therapy hair and beauty was a wonderful experience for me. The staff were nice and friendly, the salon was clean and spotless and most of all the Elemis facial that I had been booked in for was one of the best facials I have had in a very long time. Heena is a very good Beautician and knows just how to make the facial feel right. She gave me a relaxing head massage as well. I really enjoyed this and will be booking again =)
