I came 5 mins before my appointment and they were late for about 10mins, the nail technician said she couldn’t provide full service because they close soon. The nail technician was nice but cut one nail too short, it’s hurt me a lot. I had a little patience nail polish. Wasn’t enjoyable...

A new member of staff (I think justina?) who was excellent. Only been there a few weeks. She was great. Thorough, speedy and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that!
