A fab experience, had a lovely wash cut and blowdry including a lovely head massage. Staff were super friendly and the salon was very relaxing.

I went for a Dermalogica cleaning facial and it was as described and results were as expected. Treatment was a bit shorter than described though, which I could not make out why (I probably did not have as many blackheads as others), but overall it was nice experience.

I went for a simple cut and dry. Though the cut was nicely done, I noticed afterwards as I went out that my hair wasn't washed properly (you can tell this by running your fingers through as it was matt and clinging together instead of flowing), so that could have been done better. This has never happened to me before here, so I'll stick to the other hair dressers then.

I am disappointed with the treatment due to so lower quality of that
I believe there is room for improvement on the massage technique
