Nora did such a lovely job. Friendly and chatty but also very natural so I didn't feel I had to keep a conversation going. Cut hair exactly as I wanted and did a lovely wavy blow dry to finish. All in lovely haircut experience, would recommend.

Lovely beauty therapist, really professional and personable, really put me at ease. Not the best hot wax I've had, skin not pulled tight enough and strips not removed quickly enough so it was more painful.
