I’m quite familiar with Visage so was really disappointed with my experience yesterday. I usually have a really nice experience and find that the staff are helpful, skilled and generally good at customer service.
When I arrived, my nail tech took me to the back of the salon and told me to pick a colour. She didn’t take my bag, and then walked away to continue with another client without letting me know where she was going. This left me standing there awkwardly with my bag, not really sure where to go. I got my nails and toenails polished and had to ask another staff member where my nail tech had gone because I had been sitting with my toes under the dryer for quite some time and I didn’t know where she kept going. She eventually came over and I asked her if my toenails were dry. She told me they were and I went home to discover that both my big toe nail polishes had been smudged, along with a weird chunk of residual nail polish on my right little toe.
This was just disappointing because I’m overall very satisfied with the treatment I receive here, but for £32 I just can’t justify that again. Not sure if I’ll be returning to be honest...

A very relaxing experience, so much so that I nodded off for a split second! I had a wash and a blow-dry and came out feeling glam but in a subtle way. She didn't use straighteners and did a very thorough job. Very happy.
