Having been to the salon once before and being excellently served by Malvika, I went back expecting same experience but Marcella was a huge disappointment with the way she handled my hair and the blow dry outcome. I did arrive 15 minutes late and apologised for the same but was made to feel as if serving me was a favour as she had an appointment. I was not given or asked for rescheduling, I felt she did the job rushed and not spent enough time. I woulnt rate the salon down for this and take it as a one off experience but she definitely needs to improve on her customer service experience!
Donna was excellent and friendly during my appointment. Only downside was the salon was very busy with lots of people and therefore didn’t feel very personal. Booking through Treatwell worked very well, I was expected and Donna was ready within minutes of my arrival.
