Loved the braid I had. Great service. Just took my by surprise I had to pay an extra £10 at the end for it as they said I wanted extra. Maybe this should be mentioned at the start of my braid, not at the end result, so I could choose to opt for a standard braid instead. Nobody likes to be told they have to pay more at the end.
