I made an initial mistake, booking a day later than I had wanted. They were so nice about changing the booking so that I could attend and let me choose any time.
The ambiance in the treatment room was lovely and relaxing, I gave a 4 because it is set in the upbeat atmosphere of a hairdressers with no separate quiet space other than the treatment room itself.
The massage itself was incredible. I chose for deep tissue which I knew would be quite painful but probably do best in the long run. The therapist seemed to know exactly what she was doing and I trusted her as though she was a physio. I was very impressed.
I felt slightly rushed at the end, mostly because it wasn't 100% clear whether I was left on my own to relax for 5 mins as often done in a massage or whether I needed to be getting dressed again. I was soon told it was the latter. I think this and the lack of quiet space elsewhere in the salon meant I didn't leave as settled as I'd like.
For the sale price however, this was definitely worth it and I would recommend.
Deep Tissue Massage
I had to book a last minute gel manicure treatment to attend an important business dinner. I haven't had a gel manicure for a long time so I was skeptical. However, Alex did a really great job and selected the perfect colour to go with my outfit. It has been over 14 days and none of my nails are chipped or nail surface scratched. I am definitely going to visit Visage again for my next manicure!

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The woman next to her at the desk proceeded to whisper in her ear as I took a seat in the waiting area.
This same woman then went over to one of the hairdressers and proceeded to whisper again causing the hairdresser to look over at me. This was my first time visiting the salon and I felt very uncomfortable and wondered if I'd suddenly grown a 2nd head.
After a few minutes this same woman came and introduced herself to me as my masseuse, Grace.
The massage was efficient, skilled and perfunctory. I knew my massage had come to an end when Grace let go of my head which bounced off the pillow. I found this a little disconcerting but this highlighted the nature of my overall experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
All lovely, felt a bit rushed at the end as another client was waiting for my hairdresser.
