Since moving to London 4 years ago, I’ve found it hard to find somewhere I’d be happy to get my hair cut every other month, now I always go to Visage and I ask for Alex every time. She’s great.

Having been to the salon once before and being excellently served by Malvika, I went back expecting same experience but Marcella was a huge disappointment with the way she handled my hair and the blow dry outcome. I did arrive 15 minutes late and apologised for the same but was made to feel as if serving me was a favour as she had an appointment. I was not given or asked for rescheduling, I felt she did the job rushed and not spent enough time. I woulnt rate the salon down for this and take it as a one off experience but she definitely needs to improve on her customer service experience!
