Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately I was ten minutes late to an appointment for reasons outside of my control. There is no “late” policy on either their website or Treatwell page. They then said I could only get a polish and not a full pedicure which I agreed to as no alternative was provided . However treatment felt very rushed and they still finished 10 minutes before the time the appointment should have concluded. Receptionist was condescending. Avoid avoid avoid !
