Amazing. The best waxing experience I have ever had. Theresa is amazing. The room was bright and clean. The wax was the least painful wax I have ever had and Theresa is a great therapist. She explained what she was doing at every step which i appreciated even though I've had these waxes many times before. Constantly checking if I was comfortable and if the wax was a good temperature. The chat was easy and I didn't feel at all awkward. An ideal experience following on from a nightmare wax I had the week prior. The salon itself is super easy to find and very calming. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Honestly the best wax ever! Especially since being forced to try other waxes post-pandemic, I’m convinced this is literally the least painful and most effective wax you can get anywhere. It’s night and day. And she’s so fast and lovely to speak to! I’m so glad to be back!!!
