I've been going to Theresa for about a year now in her Canary Wharf location ... I've now switched to Bank as it's more convenient for me. The venue is really easy to find, just a couple of moments from Bank tube. Theresa's great - she gives a consistently excellent service, all the while making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I'd recommend her for anyone thinking about switching to waxing ... I couldn't imagine going to anyone else!

Great to find a professional waxing salon in the City. Not only quick, but actually quite pleasurable pain wise!! Was not intimidated at all. Theresa was both professional and put me at ease for this excrutiatingly embarrassing procedure.

Feeling very smug that this place is only 10 mins from where I live... I'd probably still go there even if I didn't live in London. Theresa is wonderful, talented, kind and caring. Despite disruption and difficulty due to the tube strike, she was only running a couple of minutes late and apologised greatly for the inconvenience, and so treatment is clearly always on time in normal circumstances. Will not look for another place to go, and plan on using Dollface regularly. I could not recommend this place more highly.
