Theresa came to my home, which was convenient and easy. She brought clarity to my nutritional patterns and habits, which made me feel empowered and ready to get going. Also she is a wealth of knowledge as to where to source produce - which I found invaluable as I struggle to get 'good' free from products and linked into the community. She is warm, friendly and non judgemental, very important if you have shame or guilt around food and body image.
