I had booked 10 days in advance with a particular technician who I had used previously and who does a great job. Upon arriving I was informed by the owner that someone else will be doing my nails as I had booked via Treatwell not directly, therefore they changed the booking to suit them. No apology, no information before I arrived. I appreciate that due to the festive season the salon is busy but when I book an appointment with a particular technician, I expect to get what I pay for.
