I have entrusted my hair to Thomas Swaine for the past 7 years and would not go to anyone else. I have fine, greying, frizzy hair which Thomas manages to revoulionise at every visit. I am very particular about my colour and hair care needs (perfectionist!) and I always leave the salon feeling like a new person from the inside out thanks to Thomas's expertise in his trade, attentive nature and wicked sense of humour. Thomas is on trend with his styles and products and I never feel like he is trying to push hair care products on me like other salons do - his recommendations have always been very knowledgable and worthwhile. Thomas is always very honest with me about what will and won't work for me and I have never been offended or disappointed with the end result. The salon is bright, modern, spacious and very clean. The other staff never fail to greet me with smiles and beverages. Going to have my hair done is a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend it.
The salon seems new. I get appointment with Jenna, lovely young lady. I wanted my hair shorter and with layers. She listen carefully and asked questions to be sure what I want. My hair were washed and I get head massage. The haircut was very good exactly what I wanted. I'm very satisfied with service.
Great haircut. The venue is clean, modern and the staff very friendly providing hints and tips for further hair care. Would definitely go back.
Fabulous! my husband looked extra gorgeous after his haircut, he had a stylist and she really did a great job :)
Very friendly, we went through the different shades and result is a great colour. Brilliant head massage too in the process :)
