Went in for trim, I was specific about how much to cut off (1inch we then agreed on 1.5) took off 3inches. Instead of drying and brushing my hair first she went straight in with the blow dry. My hair was soaking wet and there were knots so it was constantly being pulled/yanked which really hurt at times she apologised at one point but continued. I felt like I was being rushed even though my appointment had been delayed by 30mins because she was running late. While she blow dried my hair I asked what time they finish and she actually told me they were already closed which they weren't (but it makes sense as to why I was rushed). Its pretty expensive on top of that.
I've been here before and she cut a lot regardless of what I wanted but I'm always one for second chances and i tried to be so clear this time. It's a real shame I have to say, because it would've been my regular as it's literally down the road. But the service was poor and I work in a customer service industry and have done for years. Regardless of how close it is to closing time I always give my all and would never make someone feel rushed especially if I was the one running late! Real shame. If you have long hair good luck!
Very pleased with my hair, once again, thanks to wonderful Jenna. Always so thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. It is truly a treat to visit!
Amazing work by Jenna again. Came out feeling amazing and had lots of compliments about my hair too so thanks. Jenna even remembered what she'd done the previous times and some details about our last chat. Really invested. I'm not going to change hairdressers any time soon :-)
