Was greeted by a team member when I walked in and offered a drink. Jenna spoke to me as soon as the previous customer had left. She listened to what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for, as well as friendly chat and no judgement that I had not had my hair cut for so long. ;-) Finding someone to (a) cut very long hair and not cut it too short and (b) not complain that my hair is too long (was butt length, now shorter than waist length) is such a rarity. I shall definitely go back here, well worth the extra money over the salon I used to use, to have that extra service and no travelling. ;-)
