Whilst my stylish was absolutely lovely , I walked out of the salon having paid £44 for a haircut that was not even and sorter than the photograph I has showed my stylist . Even though we spoke about exactly what I wanted and I thought she understood. The unevenness was noticed immediately by my boyfriend once I got home . I regret not saying anything while still in the salon but I did not notice the unevenness at that point. I will not be visiting this salon again . Completely unimpressed .
I have been using Thomas Swaine for over a year now and Jenna is a fantastic stylist and all round amazing person. I absolutely love having my hair done by her.
I think I had a lady called Jenna. I had quite long hair that was looking pretty awful so we had quite a big trim which it needed. She was brilliant, gave me great advice different tips and educated me quite a lot which I've never had! So fingers crossed my hair will now continue to look thicker and healthier. Price I think is very steep for a cut (trim) and blow dry at £44. Would be great if they had the option not to blow dry as I always prefer doing it myself. That aside she did a great job, many thanks x
