Thomas is excellent at all technical treatments and blow dries - I always receive compliments on my hair after a visit. Colour consultation is honest and appropriate to what will actually work. All salon staff are friendly and polite to clients and the atmosphere is very professional - I have consistently recommended Thomas and Jenna to friends over the past few years and will continue to do so.
Tom has been cutting my hair for the past 9 years since a friend of mine introduced me to him; I asked her where she had her hair cut because it was always cut so well.
I never leave 'Thomas Swaine' thinking I haven't just had a great cut. Tom and his team are very personable and it's always a pleasure to see them.
Whilst I haven't had colour treatment I know others who have and their hair always looks so natural so I have rated him for that too!!
Thomas has been in charge of my hair for years. He is a professional and works really hard to ensure all his clients leave happy. He is honest when I want him to be and gives me great colour advice.
First point: a member of staff called me to confirm the appointment for a cut, balayage and blow dry. I did book on the website a balayage only. Then on the day of the appointment, I got a phone call to say that my appointment was going to be at 3.20pm and not 3pm as the lady called Jenna was still busy with her client. And my balayage wasn't what I call a balayage and the colour put in my hair, was not what I asked for. Overall a very disappointing experience.
