This is a great value for money salon. The girls m are extremely good. However management should address how bookings are handled. I had booked a 10.30 arrived on time to find one staff member on dealing with 2 clients (eye and nails) and a queue of 2 outside (walk ins). No point in taking bookings if not honoured. I walked to the sister salon in the Paisley centre and was taken immediately.
Management should be on top of this ensuring bookings are prioritised and salons are staffed accordingly
