Sadly not a great experience for myself given I'm someone who regularly gets waxed I have to say this is by far been my worst experience. The therapist was nice enough but the service I received was not great and I felt very uncomfortable. The treatment room doesn't seem very hygienic (same spatula being repeatedly dipped into wax pot). It was a cheap service and I suppose it's true that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I will not be back.
