a bit of confusion around being sent from the correct shop (the salon is in the shopping centre which isn't clear from the directions) to the shop were I had the waxing done but it was sorted fairly quickly. tried phoning a few times throughout the day but there was no answer. thankfully on arrival they were able to meet my request.

The staff didn't know anything about my appointment. said they hadn't been informed by Treadwell. I was then told to get my nails done I would need to go to their other shop. Not happy with this and will not be using again.
