So many things went wrong. I paid £20 through Treatwell thinking it was a reasonable price but was asked for another £10 to cut my layers which I already had, I just needed a trim. The haircut is also very poor, no shape whatsoever after I asked for it not to be so blunt. No product was used on my very frizzy, thick hair and I thought that was poor considering I had paid a total of £30 for this haircut. Hairdresser left me halfway through to do someone’s eyebrows.
