I'd been looking at discount options for a haircut and came across this salon - £20 for a wash cut and dry was amazing value! When I arrived it was explained that because my hair was so long it would cost more (and take longer). I hadn't really thought this through, as I'd not had my haircut for a long time. I had an important event in the evening and they agreed to treat me. It really did take longer and next time I would be happy to pay the extra. They were very kind and professional.
