I paid £20 through Treatwell thinking it was a reasonable price but was asked for another £10 to cut my layers which I already had, I just needed a trim. The haircut is also very poor, no shape whatsoever after I asked for it not to be so blunt. No product was used on my very frizzy, thick hair and I thought that was poor considering I had paid a total of £30 for this haircut. Hairdresser left me halfway through to do someone’s eyebrows.

I'd been looking at discount options for a haircut and came across this salon - £20 for a wash cut and dry was amazing value!
When I arrived it was explained that because my hair was so long it would cost more (and take longer). I hadn't really thought this through, as I'd not had my haircut for a long time. I had an important event in the evening and they agreed to treat me. It really did take longer and next time I would be happy to pay the extra. They were very kind and professional.
