The therapist was not there so I waited half an hour for another one to do the appointment, the wax was extremely painful and left a lot of bruising on one side, i asked for no lotions other than the wax itself because of allergies but she did them anyway. I will have to wax more myself as it wasn't done well. I was then made to pay an extra £5 at the salon with no explanation, when I had already paid the full amount of £7 on treatwell. I obviously won't be going back and want a refund.

She is the best person I’ve ever had to do my eyebrows! She takes her time and does them properly and pays very good attention to detail! I now never go to anyone else!
