2:45 appointment, the lady gives me colour book, realise they don't have colour in, she asks me to come back at 4 but i asked if she could do my nails instead in the meantime.She did nice nails. 4pm Got told the colour was arriving soon, waited 1hr! Colours arrives finally from colleague at 5:00! She applies on my head and left me with other colleague to rinse, no conditioner, dirty washer with ppl hair in it, kindly dries my hair 'for free''.. Overall bad, lovely ladies but service :( Sorry...
