Jack is so great. I have been coming to Threads for almost a year and Jack has provided great guidance on how my hair would look best over that time. I wanted to grow it a bit longer, so he was able to shape it in a way where I could do that and it wouldn't look awkward in the middle phase. Came here on July 4th on their first day open post-Covid lockdown. Everything was very clean and all the hairdressers were wearing visors. It felt safe.

Threads & Co has been the only salon I’ve been to for sugaring because I’ve never felt like I even need to try anywhere else! It’s a lovely place, amazing service and, most importantly, the treatment has always been thorough and incredibly better than waxing! However, the original consultant left and I was taken care of by her trainee, Neva. Unfortunately I felt like the treatment was rushed and I also felt like the technique was being performed incorrectly. It is hard to tell but it felt like the product was being removed against the hair much like waxing, rather than with it as for sugaring. The result was an irritated area which I have never had in the salon before. I hope this is once off and perhaps more experience will improve the technique.

Another great massage at Threads & Co! Always feel really looked after here. The massages are always really well done and at a great price point. The therapist was running slightly late with another client, but I enjoyed my complimentary coffee while I waited. She then went above and beyond by giving me an extra 15 minutes as an apology. Thank you again! Will definitely return!
