Emma was great and explained the whole sugaring process. It was a pretty much painless experience. I’ll be back!
Booked a hard wax Hollywood. The wax was too hot therefore she could not do the treatment I booked without burning me. I had to option to wait for the wax too cool; waited about 5 minutes and it was still too hot. I was told it was because I booked close to the appointment time so they did not take the wax off in time. They substituted a sugar wax instead.
