The wax was too hot therefore she could not do the treatment I booked without burning me. I had to option to wait for the wax too cool; waited about 5 minutes and it was still too hot. I was told it was because I booked close to the appointment time so they did not take the wax off in time. They substituted a sugar wax instead.

Great treatments. Simon was kind and talked me through my haircut, making sure to clearly show me how much he would have to cut off so that I could okay it. Emma was a doll and took great care of me during my sugaring appointment, talking me through it and explaining all of the health benefits of sugaring as well as thorough aftercare. Staff were super friendly overall and I would definitely recommend, as well as look forward to returning myself the next time I need a haircut and a wax! Thanks!!
