I am disappointed in my last appointment. I had a mani and pedi as well as sugaring and 2 of the 3 were not great. I was going to my brother in laws wedding on the weekend so I got all the treatments done the Wednesday before but by the Friday the polish on one of my toe nails had completely come off... I was also dissatisfied with the sugaring since there were still a bunch of patches that had not been removed.
I didn’t want to post this online as I was happy with my treatments in the past but when I tried to email, they bounced back.

Having my hair highlighted here was a great experience. Jack took time to get the colour right for me and then also spent time showing how I could change up my routine styling. Went away a happy customer to practise
There were some areas where the hair was missed and a lot of small hairs left behind. Also people were getting their hair washed etc right out side the door. So everything could be heard both ways ....
