Absolutely brilliant massage with really helpful tips from the lovely masseuse afterwards for stretches that will help maintain my neck and shoulder muscles as they should be. The treatment room wasn't sound-proofed, which meant noise from the salon upstairs was audible, but overall the experience was really lovely.
