great therapyst but people yelling at reception and staff running up and down thr stairs mafe the whole experience hectic rather than relaxing..its a "treatwell" price u pay and a "treatwell" service u get..

If I could leave a 0 it would describe it better. Terrible place, the person threading my eyebrows and upper lip did not know how to thread properly and left me very red (I always go to Shavata and never leave with an inflamed skin). On my eyebrows there are still hair which should have been threaded and also she threaded one part too much and made me bleed.
Never going back there! Taught me a lesson to never change a place, I wish I had not gone - my skin is still irritated.
