I never have complains about the sugaring, Emma is a wonderful and experienced therapist.
I do, however, have a complaint about the manicure i received, it was pretty bad. My previous shellac hadn’t been removed properly, so i can still see the colour peeping through the new shellac, the nail hasn’t been smoothed and gel lac hasn’t been applied carefully, so my nail (despite being healthy) looks crooked (you know, when looking at light reflecting on the nail, it’s all wavy and bumpy).
Anyway... massive yes for sugaring, and never again for manicure.

Best eyebrow threading I have had in London to date. Very happy with result- perfect shape. Good value for money as they offer loyalty cards.
Great staff and good wax. Not as good as last time. And bit disappointed the back wasn’t done properly even though it was a Hollywood.
Really nice staff and venue and the manicure was great. The problem was the quality of the products used and lack of colour choice. The colour looked very watery and needed three coats but within 4 days every nail was chipped. Not what I expect from a gel manicure.
