Firstly I was called 3 times to change my booking, I booked a gel manicure for myself and eyelash extensions for my friend and I as a birthday present to her. Gel manicure was very good and has lasted however this was not the case for both eyelash extensions. Firstly, it took a total of 3 hours for our lashes to be applied and they were not applied correctly. It was only until my friend and I left that we realised that the lashes were clumpy and white glue was visible. We did our lashes on Saturday and by Monday they had all fallen out - both my friend and I! Both our lashes looked good whilst we were at the shop and had no complaints while we were there, aside from the time. Very disappointed, had them done for Christmas and they didn't even last!

The space was very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Massage was OK although had to ask for more pressure. Good advice to improve overall physical condition. However room was cold and massage lasted for less than 30min.
