Massage was OK although had to ask for more pressure. Good advice to improve overall physical condition. However room was cold and massage lasted for less than 30min.

Fab as usual - Emma is an expert masseur and also did a really good facial treatment - highly recommend
Gel nails look really nice and are generally good but on some fingers the tops of the nails aren't covered by the second layer and look unfinished/showing nail through - didn't notice until I left.
The place and staff are lovely and it has a great feel, would come back but would just look out for that!
