The treatment was well explained in advance and also during the session. its an interesting concept of using your own lashes just lifting them so it works best when your lashes are in good condition already. I was very happy with my treatment and the result.
Really good wax - first time trying sugaring and I’m converted! So much more gentle on the skin. Treatment was super quick which I loved. Have already booked my next treatment. Staff were lovely and friendly too.
First impressions were nice, welcoming staff, offered me a drink while I was waiting... the treatment itself wasn't as great. I was first almost 'told off' for not having hair long enough for the sugaring treatment (I had let them grow for a week as recommended!) and the lady then asked me "what was wrong with my legs" when she noticed the apparent veins that I have due to bad blood circulation. This is already something that makes me self-conscious so this comment really didin't help the matter. Unfortunately, I felt mostly uncomfortable as a result...
