This is a really cute salon in Kensington. I love how its a coffee shop as well as a salon.
The treatment was lovely and I will definitely come back for future treatments. I was a little frustrated that the appointment started 20 minutes later than I booked. I received an apology at reception when I arrived saying she was running 10 mins late, but the therapist didn't apologise at all or acknowledge the additional lateness.
I was on my lunch, so this did make things a little tight for me and would make me consider whether I could rely on a lunchtime treatment to run to time.
Good blow dry. Only one person working though so had to wait some time after my appointment.
