Note this review is only about my sugaring experience- the salon itself has a wonderful vibe. Neha barely said two words to me the whole way through, the whole wax was over in 15 mins due to huge sections sugared at once (felt v rushed for a brazilian and much more pain than I've had previously). She worked in the opposite direction of the hair growth (wrong) and there was no consult at all. Also no effort to make the appt a little comfortable. End result is fine but will go elsewhere next time.
