The facial and foot massage was meant to be a relaxing experience. It was not. If the treatment was not being interrupted by the phone ringing, or people coming up and downstairs it sounded like someone was hovering around the treatment bed (turns out it was the spray tan machine in the room next door). There was no explanation of what products that were being used, nor any discussion about it, nor any patch tests. I have had a reaction to something (never happened before!), and two weeks later I still have dry/patchy/sore skin. Very disappointing.

I made a last minute booking with tam to do gel polish on my fingers and toes, she was such a pleasant lady and chatted away making me feel very comfortable. The salon was beautiful and very relaxing and I will definitely be visiting again
