I wasn’t offered a colour choice and the next day had barely changed colour. However this may have been a blessing, as only having one coat meant that inevitably some areas had been missed, leaving me with faint lines down the back of my arms and legs

The owner seemed to have some difficulty getting an edge from which to pull away the hot wax, which left a small bruise. Afterwards I had to pluck more than usual at home.

Great customer service and warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, the quality of the leg waxing wasn’t 100%; some small areas had been missed and left with some bits of wax still on the legs
