Louise has done my eyelashes twice now. They've looked brilliant both times. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and they've been perfect.

Always made to feel very welcome and my hair always looks brilliant afterwards!
The hair part of this salon is separate from the other areas and only has two chairs, which to me is a real bonus over larger salons where there are multiple hairdryers on at the same time and lots of conversations going on over the top of the noise, however I know this isn't to everybody's taste. Was treated really well when I was there, despite the fact I arrived with my hair in a pretty bad way. Didn't feel my wavy hair was damaged in any way (which a lot of non specialist hairdressers unfortunately do whilst I'm in the salon). Also having washed my hair and left it to dry naturally many times since leaving the salon, it's looked great every time, which is much more important to me than how it looks on the one occasion when I'm leaving the salon.

Great, Louise was lovely and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I had the dip powder done for the first time and she explained to me the options and how the treatment worked in full. Very pleased with the result and they look like they will last longer than the gel nails I usually get.
