Millie was lovely and really friendly. The LVL treatment was okay but unfortunately some of my bottom lashes were caught, meaning they are now slightly mental and point in weird directions. I did call the salon when I got home, who said all I could do was apply oil and water - turns out you don’t need to worry about getting your lashes wet after all as two weeks later they’re still a bit mental, despite the water. I’d encourage the use of the cover for bottom lashes in future, even though I know it makes the treatment more uncomfortable.
Louise is wonderful! She completely put me at ease for my first time having lashes done, and did a great job, I had also my eyebrows done, and I am very happy with both! Thank you and see you again soon!
