I booked for the Brazilian keratin but on consultation I was offered the Japanese straightening which I didn't realise they offered. I am delighted with the results. My hair is amazingly smooth and straight.

I had such a lovely time during my treatments yesterday, Louise made me feel so comfortable like I was just talking to a friend all day! All the treatments were done to such a high standard too, you can really tell how much pride she takes in her work and how much she enjoys doing it (especially brows 😉) Jamie who did my hair was also so lovely and really took his time on my hair and listened to what I’d asked for. Soo happy to have finally found somewhere I can go back to! 💕
