Bought the Christmas Offer through Treatwise. Very impressed with the haircut and experience.
I am so disappointed with my visit this time for Lash Lift & Tint. I had this done by Millie, who is such a lovely lady and she took her time and was very friendly and chatty and made me feel very comfortable. (All of the staff here are always so welcoming and helpful.) The whole treatment seemed to go well and I was really looking forward to having my lashes ready for my holiday. I kept them dry for the first 48 hours and didn’t wear any make-up during this time either. Then I had a shower and obviously my lashes got wet and as soon as they dried afterwards, the ‘lift’ had completely disappeared!! My lashes now look so flat and they seem to have become wavey ‘S’ shapes too, they actually look worse than before the treatment. I’m so upset as I felt so confident during and directly after the treatment and I just don’t know what’s gone wrong this time.

Louise was amazing as always! She recommended colours for me and I love the one we went with. She’s lovely to talk to and we always have a right laugh when I go in!
