I’m not usually someone that complains which is why I didn’t get mad during the treatment but this was the most painful Brazilian wax I have ever had and I have been waxing for 5 years. I wanted hot wax because it is less painful than strip wax. The woman who did my wax was a nice person and I could see that she didn’t mean to hurt me but I think she is possibly too inexperienced and needs more training. She left some hairs behind but I didn’t want to point it out as it had been over half an hour of the most pain I’ve ever had waxing. I probably would not come back. Sorry for having to leave a bad review.
I asked for my eyelashes to be natural and she made sure they were that way. They look great, feel like I don't need to wear too much make up now. She made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend coming here!
I can't remember the therapists name but she was lovely and made it a nice experience, checking the pressure and everything was ok. I particularly enjoyed the facial and my skin is glowing. The salon could do with a little TLC and as there is so much going on from hair, beauty and massage it wasn't the quietest place to relax in but good value all the same.
